This morning, we experienced a brief spell of downtime due to an unexpected tea spill on the CUE servers. Thankfully, everything is now back up and running smoothly.
As an apology for the inconvenience caused and to compensate for any potentially lost Events or League rewards, we've added a free pack to the store.
We understand that some players were pushing hard to earn their Events cosmetics during the final hour but couldn't due to the downtime. To make up for this, we will be sending the Card Back and Avatar rewards from the "A Mixed Bag" event to all players who finished with 200 points or more.
Rest assured, we've taken steps to tea-proof the servers at CUE HQ to avoid future accidents.
