At the start of each turn, for every Common and Rare card in your hand, your cards, wherever they are, gain +10 Power permanently, and for every Epic and Legendary card in your hand, your cards in your deck only cost +1 Energy until played.
(Please note: All cards with Energy-manipulative effects and/or Lock effects cost +10 Energy permanently. Shinigami costs +20 Energy permanently.)
