Hey folks!
Over the past few months, we've made changes to matchmaking, card balance, and other areas of the game based on your feedback, which we greatly appreciate. Recently, this has led us to consider more broadly on how we can best enjoy the things about CUE that make it special for all of us.
One aspect that consistently comes up is how to promote your creativity and deck-building. The change we are putting in place next week is an effort to draw out the fun we all get from playing CUE. Like with any change or new release, we’re keen to hear your feedback so please keep it coming.
We’re adjusting the League scoring system to provide a bit more breathing room and hopefully create more scope for experimentation. You will now gain 2 shields per win while losing only 1 shield per loss in Leagues. We hope this change encourages players to use their creative decks with less fear of getting stuck in the ranks if things don’t go smoothly.
We hope this change will ease some of the frustrations you can run into in your CUE adventures and address some of the feedback you’ve given us over the past few months.
We look forward to seeing you in matches next week. And as always, keep it CUE.
