Today’s Quarter Pounder is looking at some of the biggest rebels of the American Revolution. From women disguised as men to fight for their freedom, to the man who warned of the arrival of the British, it’s a pack that’ll inspire you!

  • Deborah Sampson - America’s first female soldier, she took a leaf out of Mulan’s book and disguised herself as her dead brother so she could enlist. When played with two American Revolution cards, your Opponents card have -22 Power this turn.
  • Paul Revere's Midnight Ride - if you hear a cry of “The Regulars are coming”, then, when played, if you are losing the round, give up to 5 of your random American Revolution cards +30 Power until played.
  • Daniel Shays - even when the war was over, Shay didn’t stop fighting for what he believed in so, when played, if you are losing the round by 100 Power or more, your cards have +20 Power this turn.
  • Proclamation of Rebellion - an act of stubbornness from King George III resulted in his subjects being named traitors with the stroke of a pen so, when played, if you have lost at least one round in this game, give your History cards +30 Power this turn.

The “saviour of mothers” will, when played with Handwashing, give your Brilliant Human Body cards +13 Power for the rest of the round. Who would have thought that insisting that doctors washed their hands before delivering babies would result in less women dying after childbirth?
