We are currently experiencing issues with permanent burn abilities in internal testing which means we're going to have to change the tune of the new Sitar card. You can expect it to play like so:

• Sitar (Epic) - 7/65 - When drawn, give your Tremendous Trees cards in-hand +30 Power this turn. When played, give your REM Sleep card, wherever it is, +41 Power until played. When returned to your deck, both player's remaining Tremendous Trees cards in-hand Burn (30) until played.
