Thanks for your patience today while we suffered an outage! We hope players understand that - as no-one lost anything but the ability to play, and that the impact was evenly spread across… well, everybody - we won’t be issuing any compensation. We’ve extended the availability of one of the packs that would have come off sale during that time, but otherwise we’re going to make a cup of tea and calm ourselves down a bit.

As a result, the new Choose Your Destiny pack will be extended to 4PM UTC (5PM BST) to allow for the time lost as this left the store during the time of the outage.
