There’s a Starman...

9:00 UTC

Add some color to your decks with the Spectrum pack! Includes 1 card from each album, either Basic or Limited.

12:00 UTC

Today we’re looking at the bravest astronaut monkeys in history in the Primates pack. Find 2 new cards, both of which made it into space! (The monkeys that is, not the cards. But wouldn’t that be cool?!)

  • Tufted Capuchin - This little guy made it into space AND back so, when drawn, give 3 random Primates cards in-hand +25 Power until played.
  • Rhesus Macaque - the first mammal to ever reach the stars, when drawn, for every Plant Life card you have played this game, up to a maximum of 12, give this card +5 Power until played.

Of course, since it’s Thursday, why not get stuck in and Fill Your Cup, Fill Your Boots or Fill Your Coffers. Stock up on coins, gems and Limited cards!

17:00 UTC

Explore the red planet with the Life on Mars pack. Venture on to its dusty surface to find cards from Futurology, Space Technology, Pioneers of Science and even Hoaxes and Cons!

  • Space Colonization - It’s a cool thought to imagine settling down on Mars so, when drawn, if your deck contains at least 5 Solar System cards, give your Solar System cards -8 Power until played and your Science cards (wherever they are) +8 Power until played.
  • Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter - This amazing satellite has been teaching us new things about Mars for over fifteen years now so, when played, if your deck contains Mars, give your Solar System cards +16 Power until played.
  • Carl Sagan - America’s most well-liked scientist will, when drawn, if your deck contains exactly 9 Science cards and 9 Space cards, give your Science cards +16 Power until played, and reduce the cost of your Space cards by -1 Energy until played.
  • War of the Worlds (1938) - This alarming radio play caused a stir so, when played adjacent to Mars, give your opponent -20 Power Per Turn for 5 turns.

Midnight UTC

If you pick up the Curious Cuisine pack, you might find a cheeky Corned Beef Sandwich which was once snuck onto a space flight by astronaut John Young. So (believe it or not), when played with John Young, give your Space cards +10 Power this turn.
