I remember when my younger sister took up the violin; an instrument which, when played correctly, can sound absolutely magnificent. But in the hands of a novice, playing with too much rosin and without proper bow angle, it produces a vile din which can make it really hard to focus on playing videogames in the other room. With hindsight I can see how hers was absolutely the more worthy pursuit but, come on, Wizpig blatantly cheats in Diddy Kong Racing and I needed all my concentration.
Now, I'm not saying if she had been playing a Stradivarius her sound would have helped me complete the game before my fourteenth birthday. I also can't prove the opposite is true, so we'll never know.
But yes, it absolutely would have.
Aside from being far cheaper than a real-life Stradivarius, CUE's card will give cards played either side of it +38 Power in a turn. Play it in the middle slot, probably alongside cheaper cards with high (or boosted) Power, to get the most out of it!
