Are you the type of person who loves plants but can’t keep one alive for love nor money? The Rose of Jericho could be for you. Also known as the Resurrection Plant, the Rose of Jericho grows in dry deserts where it can survive for years without water.

Keep it in a dark cupboard à la Harry Potter and it could still revive in water. After bathing for four hours, it’ll perk up like you never locked it away. Of course, we wouldn’t recommend this approach – not only for the plant’s sake, but because the Rose of Jericho is associated with the spirit of thunder and lightning, and you don’t want to get on their bad side.
